I just have a small memory to share. When our son was born, 13 years ago, we were overwhelmed and sleepless. Amy didn't really know me and my wife so well, but she had a preternatural sense of when parenting help was needed. She reached out to us and gave her diagnosis. She sent us a CD with vacuum sounds. It worked like a charm, and got us all some much needed sleep. My connection to Amy was largely through Bill and I sharing family updates for the last 2 decades. I hope to continue that with you Bill. -Ted

I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to all of Amy’s family. Death is the hardest thing we have to deal with in life. I know my words can’t change anything and can do little to ease the pain you are feeling, so I pray that the God of comfort calm your hearts and help you heal. (2 Thessalonians 2:16,17) Lean on Him in the days to follow. One way that God comforts us today is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. The luckiest man in the world. She gave me three wonderful kids and was the bedrock of our family. Her love those closet to her was endless. She was also a fierce advocate for those in need.

Amy was a bright light to her family and friends. I am heartbroken that she was taken from us way to soon. My daughter Lisa Roach and I were friends with Amy and her parents, Tom & Dianne Baker when we met when both families moved to PA from other states. We met at Bensalem United Methodist Church and enjoyed a long distance friendship for many years. My sincere condolences to Bill, Peyton, Duncan and Will and to Tom & Dianne Baker.
