Dorothy Cable Zupsansky, age 88, devoted wife of the late Frank Zupsansky, passed away peacefully at home in Monroe while surrounded by her loving family on November 15, 2018.

Her memory will be cherished by her children, Daniel Zupsansky (Tammie), Gary Zupsansky (Donna), and Carol Merchant (Darrell); grandchildren, Dale Zupsansky (Paige), Jessicia Merchant, Benjamin Merchant, and Jeremy Merchant; several nieces and nephews. 

Born in Bridgeport, Dorothy was the daughter to the late Alfred Rensler Cable and Sarah Van Scoy Cable. A resident of Fairfield for many years, she had moved to Monroe more recently. Dorothy loved caring for husband and family. As her children were growing up, she volunteered for numerous activities in their schools, sport teams, as well as, Fairfield Grace United Methodist Church, where she was a choir member. Later in life, she helped out teaching computer classes at the Fairfield Senior Center. An avid reader and gardener, she enjoyed tending to her flower garden. Dorothy positively touched many people throughout her life and will be remembered in a loving way.

A private service and committal for Dorothy will be held in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
