Obituary of Christine Horvath

Christine Horvath, age 63 passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 28th, 2022 at Bridgeport Hospital

She was born in Bridgeport, CT, daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Olah) Horvath. 

Christine spent her career as a inside sales representative at City Line Distributors for over 30 years. She was a devoted worker and she greatly cared for her City Line family. 

Christine enjoyed going to the casino with her sisters and playing her daily numbers. She loved going her grandson’s baseball games, granddaughter’s dance recitals and shopping with her daughter and granddaughters. She looked forward to her many daily conversations with her granddaughter Nicole. Her daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren were the light of her life and she couldn’t go a day without seeing or talking to them. Christine enjoyed making her homemade sauce for Sunday dinners. 

Christine is the beloved mother of Amy Peña and her husband Alex, grandmother of Nicole, Jayden and Lia. She is also survived by her sisters Joanne and Helene Horvath and her grand pup Rocky. She is predeceased by her sister Mary Ann Horvath. 

Christine will be remembered by many as a loving mother, sister, friend and devoted grandmother.
