John and I were roommates at Elizabethtown College PA in 1975. We had a lot of good times together including going to concerts and being in our college Rock n Roll band called "The Funkys". I was the guitar player, and he played the bass. (See photo). John was defiantly a charismatic personality and everyone in our dorm liked him. I was so sorry to hear that he had passed as I was still hoping to get together with him sometime. (I'm in Atlanta). Patrick Foster.

John always lit up the room, engaging everyone in conversation and bringing laughter and joy to everyone around him. He had a killer sense of humor and a zest for life that was contagious. And man did he love his son, his pride and joy. He truly admired and respected his son, he was endlessly proud of the man he has become. I will always remember John as he was, simply a delight.
