Siobhan Bridget O'Connell Foley, aged 53, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 28th, 2022, at her home in Bridgeport with her husband, Russ, by her side.

Siobhan was born on May 31st, 1968, to the late James "Balbo" and Catherine O'Connell. Her father was from Lixnaw, County Kerry, Ireland and her mother was born and raised in Bridgeport. She attended Holy Family Catholic Grammar School and then Fairfield Warde High School. After high school, she studied at J. M. Most of all, she especially loved walking with her father at St Mary's by the Sea in Black Rock.

She met her future husband, Timothy Foley at the Gaelic club on the Post Road in Fairfield and they married in May 1991. The family moved to Rutland, Vermont and resided there for five years before moving back to Bridgeport where they lived with her maternal grandmother, Margaret Keating. After Timothy's passing, Siobhan married Russell Daniels.

She was predeceased by her husband, Timothy after a lengthy illness; her daughter, Sara Anne; her parents, James Balbo and Catherine O'Connell; her grandparents, Michael Joseph and Margaret Moran Keating (both from Ireland); and her Uncle John Keating.
