Obituary of Zenon S. Mocarski

Zenon S. Mocarski, age 80, of Fairfield, beloved husband of Jadwiga Kmiecik Mocarski, passed away in his home on July 17, 2018.

Poland and raised in Poland, Zenon was the son of the late Mieczylaw and Zofia Pijanowska Mocarski. He was a retired Tool Maker and Precision Arc Welding and enjoyed working around his home and fishing in his spare time.

Zenon is also survived by his children, Richard & Karen Mocarski, of Stratford, Jerry & Melissa Mocarski, of Monroe, Piotr & Eva Kamiecik, of Milford, Pavel & Kathy Kamiecik, of Stratford; his grandchildren, Richard Mocarski Jr., Ashley LeCount and her husband Christopher, Brittany Beauchemin and her husband Adam, Trevor  Mocarski, Courtney Mocarski, Alexander Mocarski, Joshua Mocarski, Magda Kmiecik, Monica Kmiecik, Victoria Kmiecik; great grandchildren, Olivia & Gavin LeCount, Lily & Levi Beauchemin; his siblings, Joseph Mocarski, Helena Modzelewska, both of Poland; 22 Neices & Nephews. In addition to his first wife, Wieslawa (Vera) Mocarski, he was predeceased by his brother, Stanley Mocarski.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4-8 PM in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home 1209 Post Road in Fairfield Center. Funeral services will take place on Saturday 945 AM in the funeral home and 1030 AM at Saint Anthony Church, 149 South Pine Creek Road, Fairfield with his interment to follow in Lawncroft Cemetery.
