Lynette was my first manager when I worked in training at Weight Watchers in the early 90s. I can honestly say that she changed my life just by the example she set. She was smart, fearless, innovative and always focused on producing the best possible results. She moved mountains to make sure that each person she managed could and would work to their potential. Plus she was hugely entertaining. I have thought of her hundreds, if not thousands, of times since then.
The world has lost a treasure. My sincere condolences to Tim, Natalie and Zack. You were the loves of her life and she spoke of you often.

After taking time off over the holidays, I returned to work this week and just learned about Lynette's passing. I am heartbroken and regret I wasn't able to attend her services. The world has lost a truly fine human being. I worked with Lynette for a number of years at Cartus. Though our paths haven't crossed in a number of years, she had such an impact on me that I can honestly say I've thought of her many, many times since then. I learned so much from her! Lynette was bright, funny, smart as a whip and so supportive. To her family, I am so very sorry for your profound loss.

Dear Tim, Zach, Natalie, and family,
I am stunned and saddened by the loss of your beautiful wife and mom. Tim, you might remember me - Zack and Natalie, you were so very young the last time I saw you. Lynette hired me to work at Weight Watchers in 1991 and I had the privilege of working with her for several years. Her enthusiasm, energy, skill, sense of humor, compassion and her love of her family will always remain in my memory. She was a remarkable woman. Thanks to her, I went on to have a long, satisfying career at Weight Watchers and I will always be grateful to her for that - and for her friendship. We hadn't been in touch in recent years, but I wanted you to know that my heart and prayers go out to all of you. May God and your loving memories of Lynette bring you comfort over time.
My deepest sympathies,
Palma

My heart goes out to the Wagner family at this tragic time. Lynette must have been a dynamic woman because I work with her incredible daughter, Natalie at TMS. Natalie is also a dynamic, smart, caring, kind, person who has a great sense of humor. She makes a difference in the lives of students, staff and many others. Her mom must have been the same exceptional woman. Prayers and positive energy will remain with you all. joanne

Words are not much of a comfort at a time of tragic loss, and i feel so sad for the Wagner family. I sometimes think it is a nice tribute to write something about the person and maybe it is just a little bit comforting for the family to know how much their loved one was appreciated and loved.
I did not see Lynette very often over the many years we have known each other, but whenever we did see each other, we would chat easily and she always had something pleasant and kind to say. We have children the same age and that was always a fun topic of conversation. Her bubbly personality always came through.
She loved her husband and her children so much.
She will be so missed by all. Such a young, vibrant person with so much to give on earth still. Rest in peace Lynette....such a lovely person who is now a special angel.

Tim, Zack and Natalie... my heart broke this morning when I received the phone call. This world has lost an amazing person. She was one of my favorite people from our college days. I looked so forward to our reunions with the chance to be with her. She lit up the room and her laugh was so contagious. When we lost our son Kevin, she was there to help us through our pain. I will miss her so very much.
Please know Jim and I are thinking of you and sending our prayers. There are no words to ease your pain.
