Obituary of Russell George DeVitto
Russell George DeVitto, age 61, of Fairfield, entered into eternal life on Sunday, September 17, 2017.
Born in Bridgeport, March 5, 1956, son of the late Robert J. and Marie Kish DeVitto, was raised in Fairfield and graduated from Roger Ludlowe high school. He moved to Danbury and lived there for over 30 years before moving back to Fairfield last year. Russ was a professional chauffeur since 1987 and loved cars, the NY Yankees and the Dolphins. He was a loving son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his Aunt Louise of Fairfield, Aunt Irene Kish of Trumbull and cousins Robert( Peggy Toth) and Steven(Margie) Kish and Ryan and Matthew Kish along with several cousins and his best friend Louie Clericuzio. In addition to his parents, Russ was predeceased by his brother Robert L. DeVitto and Uncles Robert and John Kish.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 12 PM in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center with burial to follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 11 AM until the time of service.
