I worked with Shirley at Sikorsky Aircraft in the West Haven facility in the 1980s. I'll always remember her pleasant personality and her down to earth sense of humor, especially with all the men. My deepest sympathies to her entire family and to her numerous extended family.

Besides living at her house 70% of my childhood ,my favorite memories were mom throwing her clogs at Tim and Russ. The one time Tim had a wise ass comment and he ran into the dinning room and that clog was like a boomerang, went around the corner and hit him. She had great aim.She will really be missed.

I have fond memories of Aunt Shirley and Uncle Junior attending family functions when I was young. Shirley was always a nurturing soul who always cared enough to ask about me and my family. I’ll miss her laugh.
