This is a pic of Ed and his Niece Isabella 2004 . His beautiful sister Janelle brought Isabella for a visit at Eds Apartment in Seymour . Ed ,as u can see in the picture loved Bella to the moon along with his sister . Janelle and Ed always took care of eachother. Ed and I met in 2004 at a graduation party my friend was having . He was staying with his aunt and Uncle near by and attended the party. One of the best days of my life was meeting Ed. We dated on and off for a few years but went our seperate ways in that spectrum . We talked alot up to the point of him leaving us ,
I'll always have the memories Ed . I will never forget any of them .
From the Lane where I met u to the last time I saw u working in Naugatuck
Love Always SHT

Oh Ed...I am so angry with you right now. You were suppose to be on this earth with us for much longer. I've learned that we should express how we feel about someone we love because the last time you talk to that person could very well be the last time you ever talk to them! I miss you Ed! I miss our conversations and laughing sessions. This world is darker since you left. Ms. Sharon, I am here and if you need absolutely anything at all, let me know. Prayers for you and the family! Xoxoxo

My name is Michael T. Bolick I'm Edward's cousin. I never got to hang out with Ed much as an adult but I have fond memories of him and I hanging out and playing when we would be over a grandma and Grandpa's for holidays and parties and picnics. One memory that is vivid in my mind is when we would be down at Grandma and Grandpa's there was this toy a three-wheel bike we called it the Big Green Monster I remember Ed starting from the garage pedaling as fast as he could down the driveway and into the road. He loved that toy. Ed you will be truly missed rest in peace

Ed and I had a special bond from the start when I met him 17 years ago. The thing I loved and will miss the most about Ed was his smile. The way those big blue eyes would sparkle whenever he had that million dollar grin on his face, was priceless. They say that everyone is special in their own way, but Ed, truly was one of a kind. He could read into the feelings of others and take them ontop of his own. He lifted me up and made me feel special when no one else did. My father always said that 99% of the people in this world are those that dont stand and fight for what they believe in. And then there's the 1% who would never back down. I told Ed that I believed he was a one percenter, my ride or die, my everything. If only I had been able to save you from the demons that weighed you down.
Ed, you had such big plans for your life, from places to go to the dreams to vowed to accomplish.
It's never easy to say goodbye. You meant the world to me and I wish I could have the chance to talk to you one last time, to hear that stupid country ass accent you did so well whenever you joked around about those god damn n****** and what the world had come to, to give you one last embrace and let you know that everything was going to be okay.
You may be gone but you will always have a place in my heart, just like you did from day 1. I will miss you my friend.
I hope you are at peace and hanging out with Janelle and Scoob, and your dad in heaven.
Until we meet again, RIP BSWTD ❤

I am Ed's Aunt. My heart broke when I heard the news. I often babysat for Ed (I called him “Skedge”) and his sister, Janelle. And growing up, they frequently stayed at their grandparent's house, where as a teen/young adult, I also lived. I used to take Ed to the playground to skateboard. He tried to teach me how, but I never caught on. I did not see Ed often as a "grown up," but I have many fond memories of him as a child. He had a good sense of humor and made friends easily. And I remember that as a young child, he kept pictures of family taped to his wall next to his bed -- even photos of extended family, which showed me how important family was to him. It is incredibly painful to think that Ed and Janelle are both gone. And no words can express how sad I feel for my sister. Hopefully Janelle and Edward are both together and at peace. I love you, Skedge! --- Aunt Pam

Beautifully stated cousin Pam. I would sit with Ed and Janelle and spend time with them as kids and young adults around the Holidays when they were at their Grandparent's home (my Aunt and Uncle). Some of the favorite times I spent with Ed is when he would come over to where I lived and helped me around the house and then go fishing or out to eat with my other second cousin Micheal Thomas Bolick. I am Heartbroken over his passing and for my cousin Sharon.
