Obituary of Arthur Downey

Arthur (Nate) Downey, age 57, of Bridgeport, husband of Maria Blanco Downey, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020.
Born in Bridgeport on November 9, 1962, son of the late John F. Downey and Ann Ohlin Downey, Nate had been a lifelong Bridgeport resident. He had worked for the Stop & Shop Company. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing and video games.
In addition to his wife Maria, survivors include his brother John Downey of Bridgeport and Ann Panick and her husband Henry of Milford, several nieces and nephews and his little " Best Friend " Buddie. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brothers Lawrence, William, Joseph and Aaron Downey.
Services were held privately.
