Obituary of Kathryn Ann Coppola

Kathryn A. Zeender Coppola, age 73, of Fairfield, beloved wife of Andrew "Randy" Coppola, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. Born in Stamford to the late Dr. Philip J.M. and Mary Shahan Zeender, Kathryn was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy. Kathryn was a vibrant, caring, loving, selfless, and compassionate person, who loved to travel to warm sunny beaches with the ones she loved. Her life was dedicated to her family and friends and her chosen career of family centered childcare. In addition to her husband, Randy, of 48 years, Kathryn's memory will live on with her daughter, Kristin Coppola Hall (Timothy); her son, Michael Coppola (Amanda); her grandchildren, Patrick and Jillian Hall; her fur baby, Oliver "Ollie"; her sister, Noreen Fiordelisi (Joseph); and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Philip J. Zeender, Jr. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from 2-6 p.m. in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. directly at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 545 Stratfield Road, Fairfield. All other services will be held privately.
