Dear Mike, Paul, Olga, Kathy, and family,
Litsa always lit up the room with an energetic smile and genuine concern for others with her greeting of “Πώς είσαι”. But that was just the opening as she selflessly shared her knowledge, wisdom, and her homemade culinary delights. She worked diligently and tirelessly caring for her family, the restaurant and helpers, and the greater community. I learned many life lessons from Mike and Litsa and have wonderful memories of our times together. I am so grateful that we crossed paths – we always had a good time. Love you Litsa. I’ll miss you...Godspeed. My best wishes to all of the family now and always. Peter.

My deepest sympathies to Mike, Paul, Olga and Kathy and your extended family. The "Love you" story made me tear up. That brought back a flood of memories from my years working for Mike and Litsa. Two of the most honest, hard working, generous and caring people I have ever had the pleasure to know. To this day when I hear Kool & the Gang "Celebration" I cannot help but think of Litsa dancing in that little kitchen. Good times, great memories and lots of laughs. Love you Litsa. My best to you all. Little Eddy.

Rest in peace our beloved aunt. You had shine both inside and out. You were a really great person. You have always had positive energy for everything, you have always been supportive of everyone and always with good reason for everyone. Surely you are in paradise with so much love, humility and kidness that you had in your soul. We will always remember you and "LOVE YOU" , as you always wrote to us in each of your letters.

To Mike, Paul, Olga, Kathie and family,
I was so saddened to hear that Litsa had passed. I will always remember the kindness and love shown to me by Mike and Litsa. I worked next store to them for many years and they made sure that I was feed well. Litsa would make sure on holidays that she brought me goodies that she had made for family. I will forever hold her fondly in my heart. She worked so hard for many years, now may she rest in peace.
